First press. Nothing else. Organic sesame oil crafted using first-press,

cold-pressed methods. Made with patience.

Every batch is produced with restraint and transparency, so the natural depth, aroma, and integrity of the oil remain untouched.

White and Black Sesame Oils.

Why first press matters

Most edible oils are extracted for yield.
Pressed hard. Heated. Refined.
We stop earlier.
First press means extracting oil only from the
initial, gentlest pressing of the seed.
No reheating. No chemical recovery.
It yields less oil. What remains is purity and balance.

Our process

1. Organic sesame seeds are sourced in small lots. Only clean, certified seeds are used.
2. The oil is extracted using first-press, cold-pressed methods. No reheating. No force.
3. After pressing, the oil is allowed to rest. Natural settling replaces intervention.
4. The oil is gently filtered and bottled fresh, in small batches.

KNOW YOUR OIL

What “first press” means ?
First press refers to oil extracted only from the initial, gentlest pressing of sesame seeds. No reheating, no chemical recovery, and no second extraction. It yields less oil, but preserves natural balance and purity.
Why glass bottles ?
Glass bottles protect the oil from reacting with the container. They preserve flavour, aroma, and stability over time, without leaching or interference.
Why nitrogen flushing ?
Nitrogen flushing reduces contact with oxygen during bottling. This helps preserve freshness, flavour, and stability without using preservatives.
Quality & lab testing philosophy
Quality is ensured through careful sourcing, controlled pressing, and batch-wise checks. Lab testing is used to verify purity and stability, not to alter or standardise the oil.
Batch traceability concept (QR-ready)
Each bottle belongs to a specific production batch. Batch details can be traced back to sourcing, pressing, and bottling, with QR-ready records for transparency.
